Telecom Sector Skill Council
The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is a Non-Profit Organization, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. We are an industry led apex body, jointly set up by The Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), Indian Cellular Association (ICA) & Telecom Centres of Excellence (TCOE) to ensure adequate availability of skilled manpower to boost growth and productivity in the Telecom Sector. Set up under the aegis of the National Skill Development Corporation, TSSC has members from the various Telecom industries, Academia, Industry associations (such as COAI, ICA, AUSPI & TAIPA) and representation from the Government (DeitY) as well.

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
Electronic System Design & Manufacturing (ESDM)
Under the aegis of ‘Digital India’ programme launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister, the department has approved a Scheme for “Skill Development in ESDM for Digital India” on 09.12.2014 to cover all the States/UTs of the country in order to facilitate creation of an eco-system for development of ESDM sector in the entire country for facilitating skill development for 3,28,000 persons in ESDM sector at an outlay of Rs. 411 crore (approx.) in a period of 4 years.
Telangana Academy of Skill and Knowledge (TASK)
PositiveShift is honored to be partnering with Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge, the leading Skill development authority in the State of Telangana. Along with TASK, the team has delivered several skill development projects including Centre of Excellences at the ITI colleges in the state.
MEPMA Andhra Pradesh (MEPMA AP)
MEPMA AP is missioned to enable the urban poor particularly the poorest of the poor to eliminate poverty and vulnerability in a sustainable manner and improve their quality of life in urban areas
OUR SKILL CENTRES
We have developed a network of Skill Development Centres (SDC) across 9 states in India. All our centres are equipped with the Infrastructure and Lab facilities for the Industry job role. We have a panel of Certified trainers who are responsible to undertake the lessons in these SDCs.
